Description

• Ensure the stable and efficient operation of business applications and digital services, with a focus on modern IT architectures (especially cloud-based solutions)
• Analyze and specify business requirements; coordinate further development with external partners – with a strong focus on future AI integration potential
• Evaluate, design, and implement new applications, including taking full responsibility for project management
• Actively contribute to IT and digital transformation projects aimed at optimizing business processes and integrating innovative technologies
• Oversee ticket, test, and release management; create documentation and deliver user trainings

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or commercial education with further training in business informatics or ICT
• Proven experience in application management or a similar combination of relevant education and practical experience
• Knowledge in software development and application operations is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, eagerness to learn, and a genuine passion for technology
• Hands-on experience in project management and implementation, ideally in an IT-related environment
• Excellent communication skills, strong service orientation, and the ability to work independently
