Description

• Ensure a stable and efficient data operation by maintaining, operating, and optimizing existing data pipelines based on MS SQL Server and complex stored procedures
• Support the evaluation and gradual introduction of modern technologies (e.g., Snowflake, dbt) to further develop our data landscape
• Develop and maintain high‑performance data flows, including the use of Python for orchestration and automation
• Contribute to the expansion of our data architecture with a focus on Azure services in the Data & Analytics domain
• Collaborate closely with business units to translate complex banking logic into robust technical data models
• Actively shape our digital working environment and bring in your own ideas to advance our data strategy

Requirements

• Deep SQL expertise and hands‑on experience with complex queries, stored procedures, or modern analytics frameworks
• Openness to new technologies and ideally first experience with Snowflake
• Solid knowledge of Python for automation and modern pipeline orchestration (experience with Dagster is a plus)
• Experience within the Azure ecosystem, particularly with Data & Analytics services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, or container technologies
• Independent, responsible, and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a small and dynamic team
• High willingness to learn, adaptability, and strong communication skills when working with diverse stakeholders
• Precise and quality‑focused working style, especially when handling sensitive data in a private banking environment
