Description

• Ensuring the operational running and support of the core banking system Avaloq
• Analysis and concretisation of business requirements as well as implementation of changes and coordination of adjustments with the outsourcing partner
• Acceptance of test installations and their verification in cooperation with the relevant departments
• Evaluation and processing of incidents, change requests and coordination of Avaloq projects with internal and external departments
• Creation of reports from Avaloq
• Ticket, release, test and closure management
• Participation in projects and implementation of training courses

Requirements

• Several years of practical banking experience in the back office or another operational area as well as technical understanding
• Completed training in business informatics or similar and good knowledge of Avaloq would be an advantage
• Solid knowledge of the various banking processes and various financial instruments
• Good communication skills, high quality awareness and strong customer and service orientation
• Well-versed in MS Office programmes and very good German and English skills
• Proactive, independent way of working and high willingness to learn
